Happy Hallelujah 2006

As an alternative to Halloween, our church has an annual event called "Happy Hallelujah". About 300-400 people showed and had a tremendous time. They had a costume contest and a carnival with lots of games and tons of candy! No kids went away disappointed! I have blogged some of my favorite photos. I do not know the names of some of the kids, but I thought they were all soooo cute!

My Grandson, Jacob, showed out in his new karate attire. He and Emily are taking karate lessons.

This is Jacob's friend, Nathan, who dressed as Steve Urkle! He won first prize in his age category! What a character!!

Isn't this the cutest little scarecrow you ever saw? He took first place in his age category.

This cute little geisha girl is my double-great niece, Trista. She is Teri's granddaughter.

This little bee did a lot of buzzzzing! Isn't he the cutest little fellow?

This little fairy princess and her little brother were so cute!

Trista's little sister, Salina, is just adorable. Her great grandpa is my brother, Jimmy.

This is Heather and Jasmine dressed up a Mama cat & her kitten! Heather is Teri's daughter and the mother of Trista, Salina, and Jasmine. Jimmy you sure have some cute grandkids!

Mariah one first prize in her age category. Doesn't she make a beautiful woodland fairy? She is one of the twin daughters of my dear sweet friend, Barbara, who calls me "Mom". I have "adopted" Barbara as my daughter. She is a sweetheart!

This cute little clown allowed me to take her picture. Isn't she adorable?

Now this little bee loved to be photographed!! He was a real sweetheart.
